Bring your own Tent
You bring and set-up your tent and gear. This is included in registration but you must sign up. There will be fire, cooking and grill restrictions posted based on the potential fire danger at the time.
RV/Vans/Campers
We will have space for RVs/Vans/Campers but there are no electrical or water hook-ups. There will be fire, cooking and grill restrictions posted based on the potential fire danger at the time.
Valet Tents
We set it up and take it down. All you need to do is bring your sleeping bag, pad and pillow! These will be ALPS Taurus 4 Person Dome Style Tent. Plenty of space for 3 or more people but also perfect for those that want to spread out! $60 per night (Friday=$60; Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday=$120; Friday/Saturday/Sunday=$180)

Arena Room - Twin
A nice room with a twin bed, shared bathrooms including shower, shared kitchen. It's like being a ranch hand without all the shoveling!
Arena Room - Queen
A nice room attached to the arena with a queen bed or two twins, shared bathrooms including shower, shared kitchen. Convenient for those that are not up for camping.
Cabin
A nicely appointed cabin with two twin beds, bathroom and shower, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. Home on the range!
