Just shy of 100 miles, this route covers much of Pawnee Pioneer Scenic Byway and includes some pavement. It shares much of the route with the 60 mile route including the Pawnee Buttes. This route will travel through the historic town of Raymer, New Raymer was and still is a true representation of what epitomized rural life in Colorado.
A slight deviation from last year, the route travels to the Pawnee Buttes and then continues north almost riding into Nebraska but not quite. This route provides some new vistas including a traveling past a forgotten cemetery.
The Mini Petite is an opportunity to ride a bit of gravel but limit the mileage. This 20 mile route will pass through big wind farms and big cattle ranches.
